Below is the different grades I use to determine the quality of my pins. Each grade is different please read the entire descriptions. All the pins are still able to be worn or displayed and look great! Most “errors” are only visible upon very close inspection. Otherwise some examples of these flaws are listed below…
PLEASE NOTE! : I do not grade the backs of my pins, if there is a serious issue with your pin back or posts please reach out to me but it is not included in the grading process. Thank you!
A Grade (Standard) : Acceptable for presale buyers and full pricing. These ones have the least amount of flaws and should never have missing screenprint, deep scratches, or large chunks of missing enamel, or flaws equal to that severity. A grades may have minor flaws that cannot be seen at arms length or maybe only be seen by tilting at certain angles or certain lightings.
B Grade (Minor Flaws) : Will have one or two minor flaws that do not affect the overall pin and artwork. Still fine for display and wearing, just may be more visible flaws. Such as surface scratches, scuffs, bubbles, small pin holes, etc.
C Grade (Seconds) : These are flawed pins, including but not limited too the flaws above, as well as face flaws, misprint, imperfect enamel, wrong colours, deeper scratches. I will never sell pins that I believe to be badly damaged, so these should still be ok for wearing or display if you’re not too picky.
**IMPORTANT** There is absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES due to grading issues, feel free to reach out to me if you disagree with the grade of pin you receive, but understand I do all my own grading and I am very confident in the pins I send out. I will try my best to make things right if you disagree, but by buying my pins you are accepting the conditions above.**
